Old La Honda

I rode up Old La Honda for the first time today!

After doing the mini-loop a few more times, I decided to extend the ride to the traditional Portola Valley loop many riders do behind Stanford. Here's the ride I did today:

Did the same mini-loop yesterday, except on the new bike that finally arrived! The ride was much faster (and easier) and the bike felt good. It's a basic Specialized Allez with a compact crank.

Pre-Bike Bike Ride

My first real bike ride out here. My new road bike should be arriving at the shop on Monday and built up fast, since it's already late.
